The grand finale of Miss World was slated for December 16, 2021, in Puerto Rico. However, due to the “health and safety purpose contestants, personnel, crew, and the general public,” the event had to be postponed. As per the source coming next 90 days, the finale will be rescheduled at Puerto Rico’s Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum.
Postponing the event was not easy, but due to some health safety and after 17 candidates and staff members tested positive for COVID-19, they decided. According to an official statement, the Miss World Organization has decided to postpone the Miss World finals due to the escalating number of Covid cases among the participants.
