This training session is conducted by Aparna, who works as the assistant commissioner in training. It emphasizes the requirement for women’s empowerment

Aim of self defence training program

The main aim of launching the self defence training program is to empower the girls. It is important to teach the self defence art to young girls so they adopt the confidence to save themselves without any other help.

It is the best program that saves girls from potential threats. Under this special program, the basic techniques of krav maga will teach to girls. Along with this, they also tell girls when to do defence or when to avoid defence because people never want to involve themselves in violence.
