Who is Hirbai Ibrahim Lobi
Hirbai Lobi belongs to Jambur village in Talala tehsil, Gir Somnath district, Gujarat. She is the inspiration of the Siddi community of African origin. she spends most of the time of his life educating and empowering the women in the Siddi community. Till now, she changed the fate of over 700 women and children.
The Siddi community is a small ethnic group with African ancestry who mostly live in India, in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. They are believed to have migrated from Africa to India as merchants, slaves, or sailors, and they understand Indian culture and retain the different practices and traditions with time.
