Golf: Under 67, Anirban Lahiri scored 4 and under 76, Udayan Mane scored 5.

Rowing: In Men’s Double Sculls Final B, India performed one of the best jobs. Arvind Singh and Arjun Lal ended 5^th in the Final B within 6:29:66.

Hockey: It’s an enormous day in India that in Men’s Pool A, India skillfully made her position in the Quarter Final. It’s not a simple victory. In the 4^th match of Pool A, India could able to defeat the Olympic champion Argentina 3-1.

Shooting: It’s 25m Pistol Women’s Qual. Manu Bhaker made a great effort to grab 5^th position. Rani Sarnobat was in 25^th spot. Total 44 shooters were in yesterday’s match. Only 8 shooters were selected for the final round.

Archery: Yesterday’s Men’s Individual 1/32 Eliminations, Atanu Das, was nominated for the 2nd round. By scoring 6-4, he secured his position against Yu-Cheng of Taipei. Atanu Das again did a great job and secured his position in the Quarter Final with 6-5 against South Korea.

Badminton: There is no doubt about the success of P.V. Sindhu. She just wonderfully gave her best effort in round 16 of Women’s singles. P.V. Sindhu directly entered into the Quarter Final. She overthrew Denmark’s Mia Blickfeldt in 21-15 and 21-13.

Swimming: In Men’s 100m Butterfly Heat 2, Sajan Prakash ended in the 2^nd position with 46^th overall.

Boxing: It’s tough enough in Men’s Super Heavy of +91kg. Satish Kumar performed tremendously and was eligible for the quarter-final.

Boxing: InWomen’s Fly (48-51kg), there is no question about the action of Mary Kom. The match was held between Mari Kom and the Olympic Bronze medal winner Ingrid Valencia. And Mari tried her best.

Sailing: In the 7^th and 8^th round of the Laser Men Race, Vishnu Saravanan achieved 27^th position in the 7^th round and 23^rd position in the 8^th round.

Sailing: In the 7^th and 8^th round of the Laser Women Race, Nethra ended 20^th position in the 7^th round and 22^nd position in the 8^th round.
