After Neeraj Chopra’s Gold Medal, India is continuing to celebrate their victory. Though it’s the ending day of Tokyo Olympics 2020. We all have to wait a whole year of 2020 for the pandemic for this Olympics. Finally, the last bell has been rung. Now let’s look at the results of yesterday.

The Update Of Day 17 Tokyo Olympics

Boxing:-

  • Men’s Lightweight – It’s a daring fight between Cuba’s Andy Cruz and U.S.’s Keyashwan Davis. Between them Andy Cruz was finally able to grab the Gold Medal in Men’s Lightweight event in Tokyo Olympics 2020. The score was 4-1. The most interesting fact is that Andy defeated Davis for the fourth time in his total career life.
  • Women’s Lightweight – In the Women’s Lightweight event, Ireland was the winning country with a great record of victory. Kellie Anne Harrington from Ireland just threw away her opponent Beatriz from Brazil with 5-0.
  • Women’s Middleweight – In Women’s Middleweight event, Britain has received the crown of triumph by beating China. From Britain, Lauren Price won the Gold medal in this event. She vetoed Li Qian from China by 5-0 score. It’s the second Gold medal won by Lauren for Britain. And if we count the all medals from Tokyo Olympics, then it’s the sixth medal.
  • Men’s Super heavyweight – Uzbekistan has become the winner in this event. Bakhodir Jalolov from Uzbekistan snatched the Gold medal.

Men’s Marathon:-  It’s just a heart beating moment when E. Kipchoge, A. Nageeye and A. Abdi we’re running side by side. None could detect who would be the winner of the Marathon. At least E. Kipchoge became the winner of the Gold Medal in the Marathon. His time was 2:08:38.

Women’s Rhythmic Group All-Round:- Bulgaria got the Gold medal in this event by attaining 92.100 points.

Basketball:- It’s a very charming day for United States that they were able to grab the Gold medal in Tokyo Olympics 2020 in the event, Basketball.

Women’s Volleyball:- After winning successively Silver and Bronze medals in the previous events of Olympics. Finally yesterday became the luckiest day for the United States and they won Gold medal in the Women’s Volleyball tournament. They overthrew Brazil in this event.

Women’s Sprint:- K. Mitchell from Canada performed very well in the phases of Tokyo Olympics 2020. Ultimately, she got the Gold Medal on the last day.
